She was the first person at BB&T to genuinely care about me, my company or the circumstances that were causing us to have a horrible relationship with the institution. She balanced loyalty to her employer with human empathy brilliantly. I did not take my business elsewhere because of her selfless, relentless efforts to help me and reset BB&T and I's relationship.
