  Why does the owner have to choose who they prefer to rent to? I applied to several homes and never got chosen. I never found a home and they would not refund my money. Very unprofessional. No one explained to me that homeowners choose who they prefer. Not fair. I have great credit and a nice job but never got approved...total waste of time touring and not getting anywhere...smh

  First and foremost, I have never saw so many bad reviews like this concerning rental homes. My wife and I are looking, along with my two kids for a lovely home to calls ours for the next year or so. I believe I'm a very professional young man, that gives almost everyone a chance to prove themselves. However, in this case I wouldn't'' dare, I mean dare deal with this company. One or two maybe three bad reviews are expectable. Beyond that, something internally needs to be done. Most of us are hard working people, that just want a home to call ours for a few years. It really saddens me that I couldn't even consider this company. Lastly, to me it seems that its some discriminatory type of things going on that maybe needs some attention. Best of wishes and I hope maybe in a month or two I can go back on here and see better reviews. Good day
