  The guards at the front door were very polite and we made smalltalk. However, the agent was very short & matter of fact with me and did not answer my question. I was there because of a fraud issue & my previous employer had a security breach which caused a hacker to get all our W-2 info. Someone had filed a tax return shortly after I did, hence the visit. When asking about this issue & if I would have to return if they try to file falsely as me again he never answered my question and kept giving a response to a question I wasn't asking. I work in customer service, I can tell when someone isn't listening. Also told me I didn't make an appointment when both the front guard and scanner had me on their lists. We argued this for a while until he had the genius idea to check the back of his page, and lo and behold there my name was.

  This is the worst place to ever have to go to. Most of the time, you get turned away because they don't have enough help and today their system was down. And how am I supposed to call to see if it's back up when they do not provide telephone assistance. It's only a recording and the lady sounds like she's got a mouth full of something so it's hard to even understand her and I have no hearing problems what so ever. What a waste of taxpayer money. No wonder they have security guards at each location.
