  This is the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. They have lost 2 of our packages in the last few months and they do absolutely nothing to try to locate it. The manager, Mary, is the most incompetent person Ive ever met! She keeps trying to convince us there is GPS tracking on the packages. Well if thats the case you should be able to me exactly where our missing packages are because they definitely aren't in our possession! We live in an apartment complex and they continue to drop packages on our porch instead of taking them to the leasing office. Why would you put a package on the porch of an apartment, out in the open where anyone can take it, when there is an office that will accept them??

  no star for this post office. first call, someone drop the phone without speaking // second call someone just place it on hold, can hear the people on the background. It's a voice of an old woman on the background, can hear her breathing. I've waited for the person to speak but it's been 16 mins and she's still not speaking. Even heard her say, "Hi Dave". SO RUDE!!!

  I had two packages being delivered the same day. They only delivered one put delivered on the first one. They didn't investigate anything but told me it would be there Monday if I didn't get it Sunday. Now why would it be marked delivered for Sunday if its coming Monday? The MANAGER was nasty about it but a nice lady named Mary tried to help me. Lisha the Manager did NOT try to help me. She talked over me with an attitude. I never got loud with her. It's Wednesday. Don't just tell me anything to get me off the phone.

  This is the Post Office that my mail comes out of. I live exactly 1.1 miles from this post office...yet we (my neighborhood) NEVER receive mail in a timely manner. In the summer months we've received mail as late as 7:00 pm. Now that it gets dark early, we may not receive mail for DAYS at a time. I assume because it's gotten too dark. Today is Tuesday, January 12, 2017...we had a snow storm on Friday night, January 6... Based on our track record, I didn't expect to receive any mail on Saturday or Monday...(although we did receive a Newspaper on Monday) but we didn't get any today either. I checked with the neighbors and none of us have received any mail or have we even seen hide nor crumb of a mail truck. I don't drive in the snow...but even I went out today. All of the streets in the area and all over town are pretty much clear. I truly don't understand. Other neighborhoods are receiving mail...why not us?

  They were supposed to deliver a package to 102 east meadowview st. On Saturday. They failed because they said the business was closed. O'Reilly is open from 7:30am till 10:00 pm. Wow. Failed delivery was at 12:33 pm on Saturday.
